  • How do I withdraw my winnings?

    After signing into your player account using your email address (or Member Number) and password, simply tap ‘View My Account’, then ‘Account Details’, followed by ‘Withdraw’. From there, select the amount you’d like to withdraw and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  • How long will it take for my withdrawal to reach my bank account?

    The clearing period varies, depending on your bank. In general, funds will be cleared and credited back to your registered payment method 3-5 working days from the date of your request.
  • Why can’t I withdraw my balance?

    This may be due to a recent withdrawal request which is pending. Please allow a few days for it to be completed and cleared. If, after this time, you are still having problems, please contact our Member Support team by Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] and they’ll be happy to assist.
  • Is there a minimum amount I can withdraw?

    The minimum withdrawal amount is £10 (or Sterling equivalent).
  • Do I have to pay a fee to withdraw my winnings that are under £10?

    An administration fee may be applied for withdrawals less than £10 (or Sterling equivalent), however this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There is no fee charged for withdrawals over £10.
  • Which payment methods can I use to withdraw my funds?

    When withdrawing funds from your LottoGo player account, the payment method which with you have added the funds must be selected.
