  • How do I withdraw my winnings?

    After signing into your LottoGo account, simply tap the icon in the top right corner of your screen and choose "Wallet" from the drop-down menu.

    From there, select "Withdraw Winnings", and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

  • How long will it take for my withdrawal to reach my bank account?

    The clearing period varies, depending on your bank. In general, funds will be cleared and credited back to your registered payment method 3-5 working days from the date of your request.
  • Why can’t I withdraw my balance?

    This may be due to a recent withdrawal request which is pending. Please allow a few days for it to be completed and cleared. If, after this time, you are still having problems, please contact our Member Support team by Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] and they’ll be happy to assist.
  • Is there a minimum amount I can withdraw?

    The minimum withdrawal amount is £10 (or Sterling equivalent).
  • Can I reverse a withdrawal?

    You can reverse your withdrawal request right up until the time that it's processed by us (usually within 1 working day), which will credit it back into your player account balance instantly:

    1. Tap the icon in the top right corner of your screen, and choose "Wallet" from the drop-down menu.

    2. Select "Withdraw Winnings" where you'll see "Pending Withdrawals" at the top.

    3. Any withdrawal requests that haven't already been processed will be listed.

    4. Just tap "Cancel Withdrawal" on any which you'd like to reverse.
  • Which payment methods can I use to withdraw my funds?

    When withdrawing funds from your LottoGo player account, the payment method which with you have added the funds must be selected.
