  • How do I withdraw my winnings?

    After logging in:
    1. Tap the Account icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen
    2. Select "My Wallet" from the drop-down menu
    3. Choose "Withdraw Winnings"

    You'll then be taken to the Withdrawal area, where you'll see the amount of winnings that you have available to withdraw.

    Please note: you'll only be able to withdraw to the same deposit method you've used to add funds to your account. 💳

  • How long will it take for my withdrawal to reach my bank account?

    The clearing period varies, depending on your bank. Usually, funds are cleared and credited back to your registered deposit method 3 - 5 business days from the date of your withdrawal request.
  • Why can’t I withdraw my balance?

    Unable to withdraw winnings from your LottoGo account? It may be due to one of the following reasons: 👇🏼

    1. You have a recent withdrawal request which is in a state of 'pending'. In this case, please allow 3 - 5 business days for it to be completed and cleared.
    2. You must withdraw to the same card that you used to add funds: Winnings can only be withdrawn directly back to the method used to deposit funds into your LottoGo account.
    3. Minimum amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is £10 (or currency equivalent).
    4. It's Bonus Cash: Bonus Cash in your Bonus Balance only becomes available to withdraw (at the specified Maximum Win amount) once you've completed Wagering Requirements specified in the T&Cs of your claimed Bonus Promotion. In the Withdrawal area here, you'll be able to see both your Total Balance amount (incl. Bonuses), and your Available Winnings amount.
    5. Deposits cannot be withdrawn: You're only able to withdraw your winnings from LottoGo. However, if you have made a mistake when topping up your account, please get in touch.

  • Is there a minimum amount I can withdraw?

    Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount is £10 (or Sterling equivalent).
  • Can I reverse my withdrawal request?

    Yes, you're able to reverse your withdrawal request right up until the time that it's processed by us (usually within 1 business day) in your Withdrawals area here.

    1. Head to the Withdrawals area, either by using the link above, or by tapping the Account icon in the top right corner of your screen, choosing "My Wallet" from the drop-down menu, and then selecting "Withdraw Winnings".
    2. Any listed 'Pending Withdrawals' at the top of the page are available for you to reverse, as they've yet to be processed.
    3. Just tap "Cancel Withdrawal" on any listed pending withdrawal that you'd like to reverse.

    Cancelling your withdrawal request will credit the requested amount back to your LottoGo account balance instantly. ✔

    Please note: You'll be unable to reverse any withdrawal request that you have locked. 🔒
  • Which methods can I use to withdraw my winnings?

    To withdraw any winnings from your LottoGo account, the registered deposit method you've used to previously add funds to your LottoGo account must be selected.
