Entry into the LottoGo VIP scheme occurs on a monthly upgrade and downgrade basis. There are 2 ways in which a player can qualify for the scheme:
1. Based on total real money stakes in a 30-day rolling period, we apply a theoretical margin to those stakes, and if the minimum threshold for a VIP level is attained, the player is automatically awarded the new VIP level.
2. In addition to the above method of qualification, if a player’s Total Spend (calculated as Total Real Money Stakes minus Total Real Money Winnings) in a 30-day rolling period meets the minimum threshold for a VIP level, then that VIP level will be awarded.
Players may qualify for the scheme by satisfying either or both of the above requirements during any given 30-day period. VIP Levels will be awarded on the next calendar day after the player meets the minimum threshold.
Customers who reach or exceed these levels set by us are then personally invited into the scheme. In the first instance, qualifying customers will receive an email informing them of their eligibility.
Once entered into the VIP scheme, customers will remain in it for a period of 30 days, regardless of spend from that point onwards. If, after this initial 30 days, a customer’s rolling spend no longer qualifies for a given VIP Level, the customer will be downgraded or removed from the scheme accordingly.
